1. Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.

  • Certain items such as personal care products, innerwear, and customized items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at with your order details.


2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.


3. Exchange

  • If you wish to exchange your product for a different size, color, or item, you can request an exchange within the return window.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


4. Damaged or Wrong Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personal hygiene products (cosmetics, skincare, innerwear, etc.)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Discounted or clearance sale products (unless defective or damaged)


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible. However, you can still request a return after delivery.
